The tree was decorated, the feast was in the oven, the snow was falling outside and there were presents under the tree. Christmas had come again. Your mother sat you down and pointed to a gigantic box. It looked as if a human could fit in it. You tore off the wrapping and gasped at what was inside.
A Germany Hetaloid!
You thanked your mother and read the instructions. The instructions where simple, in fact it only said one word: “Training”. ‘Training, like physical training?’ You looked down at yourself. ‘I guess this wont be hard, I train everyday…’ You picked up the box and brought it upstairs, you placed it next to your bed on the floor. You quickly changed into your training clothes and said, almost yelled:
“Time to train!”
The Hetaloid jumped up immediately and said in a thick German accent:
“After you”

It has been a couple of months since you activated the Hetaloid. Despite his harsh exterior and strictness the blonde haired, blue-eyed German was calm and happy. Even though he hardly ever showed any emotion. Let’s just say that you have fallen for the German. Hard.
~*~
Your alarm went off in your room, telling you that it was 5 o’clock in the morning. This meant that it was time to train. Looking at your alarm clock you saw the date and immediately sunk back into the covers. That is where you stay for another ten minutes until Ludwig knocked on your door. You sighed to yourself and got out of bed, opening the door to reveal the German in his tight, black tank top looking ready to train.
“I don’t feel like training today Ludwig…” you said, half asleep, half depressed.
“Vhat?” he said shocked. You had never missed a day of training, even when you were sick or studying for exams.
“Just not today ok” you closed the door and walked past your mirror. Stopping you turned to it and looked at your mourning appearance. You sighed again. Looking up you saw a metal chain on your dresser; you picked it up and read what it said.

“Hng… dad’s dog tags” tears started to spill.

You had spent most of the day in your room, crying, looking out the window to sky wondering about your father. How was he up there? The only time you left your room was to grab food, or use the bathroom, making sure that no one saw you. Even your mother locked herself up. Suddenly there was a knock on your door. Crap, Ludwig. What does he want?! You yelled to yourself.
Walking to the door, placing the dog tags over your head you opened the door once again. With tired eyes you looked up at the German man who was standing before you. He looked worried and surprised.
“(F/n)? What iz wrong? Your mother and you haven’t been out of zhe house all day!”
Looking down you whispered. “I better explain. I guess.” You grabbed his arm and pulled him inside your room. You sat on the bed and patted the spot next to you. He obeyed and sat. You looked him in the eye wearily.
“You have never seen my father right? Right. That is because he is gone. He fought for the Airforce and one day he just disappeared. ‘MIA’ Missing in Action.”
Ludwig looked at you, schocked. “S-so… he”
“Yes Ludwig, my father is dead.” You started to cry again. “He left when I was only seven years old. We were told when I was eight that he had disappeared. Mother and I hoped that he would report back soon but, he never did… A few years ago we were given a formal letter stating that he was dead. The only thing left of him that they could find was these.” You said, pointing to the dog tags around your neck.
“I-I understand now. I’m sorry for asking.”
“No no, its ok. I would have had to explain to you sooner or later anyway.”
He engulfed you into a hug; you hugged him back almost immediately, crying into his shoulder. He rubbed small circles on your back and whispered kind words to you.
“Ich liebe dich, (f/n)…”. You looked up at him.
“Ich liebe dich auch…”

It was a peaceful spring day. Most of the small town was out and about their day like the one before. Everything was as it should be with the farmers in the field, the shopkeepers in the main streets… and you at the piano.
You were the only daughter of the wealthiest family in town. You lived in a mansion up on a hill with a long drive in the front and a garden in the back. You were around 8 and a usually well-behaved child. You had a staff of servants and maids to care for you, a few friends, but you hardly ever saw your parents since they were usually busy. Still, you made the best of it. You were a very bright artistic chi

A great big German Shepherd Dog was lying down in the bottom of the box, then it looked up at you and it wagged it's tail slightly. You couldn't exactly pick it up, so you stood back and let the dog leap out, he was beautiful, especially his eyes, those blue eyes. You wondered if he had been staring into the ocean and then got its water stuck in his eyes. Either way, he was gorgeous.
"Oh wow, he's amazing!" you breathed,"I think I'll call him Ludwig~"
Ludwig made a sort of happy growling noise and nuzzled your stomach. Y

There, sitting at the bottom of the box anxiously, was an adorable Golden Retriever mutt mix, and for some reason he was wearing glasses...Anyways, the dog barked excited and ferociously wagged its tail, panting. You giggled when it stood on its hind legs, placing its front paws on your shoulders and licking your face like crazy.
"B'aaaw, you're so cute!" you giggled, scratching his cheeks,"I think I'll name you....Alfred!"
The rest of the afternoon was fun with Alfred, everyone spent the rest of the night playing fetch w
